When it comes to delivery we have two options to meet your needs:
on-call or scheduled service.
Forget about forgetting! We can create a customized delivery schedule that meets your needs. Adjustments to quantity or frequency can be made at any time and this will ensure you always have a fresh bottle waiting for your drinking pleasure.
On Call Service
Does your water consumption ebb and flow? You can give us a call when you need water, just be sure to call ahead! Because of planned production runs and upcoming changes to our delivery routes it may be up to a week before we can make it to you.

We are revising our delivery schedules which will be in effect Monday, September 30th, 2019. Our aim is to increase operation efficiencies and to redistribute the larger volume of water deliveries of current routes. As we change and grow, we are still committed to providing the best product and customer service.
We will be moving from a two-zone to a four-zone structure. Our new delivery zones will be as follows:
If you are currently signed up for a scheduled delivery with us you don’t need to do anything; we’ll make the adjustments needed on our end and inform you via your billing email address as to when your new delivery date will be.
If you get your water by phoning in an order this may result in a delay between when you place your order and when you get your water order. Our cut off is noon on the day before; so, if your delivery day is Friday, please be sure to have your order placed by noon on Thursday, otherwise you may not receive your delivery until the following week.
Our deliveries are made between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. If you need us to stop by on a day when we aren’t in your area, we may be able to accommodate that, but it will be subject to a $10 out-of-area surcharge.
There is no obligation to order water on each day we’re in your area, however we want you to ensure you’ve got enough water to last until the next time we’re in your area. Just a reminder that there is a minimum of 2 bottles per delivery.
